There are many books around that talk about the path to spiritual growth and transformation but none, in this reviewer’s opinion, written with the wisdom and insight as Healing And Transformation by Eric Alsterberg. Here is a new level of achievement for the achievement of the many, not the few.
Healing And Transformation is a how-to manual to recognize and understand the voice of the Higher Being that speaks that speaks from within each of us. Dr. Alsterberg writes, “You get to re-establish your divine connection, to hear the gentle urgings of Holy Spirit, and simply re-connect to the still, small voice within, your direct communication with God.”
Perhaps key to the process is the understanding is that we can and must slow down. “Our consciousness is overwhelmed with endless information and sensory stimuli.” Thus the onset of transformation is hastened once we know that, “If our time is constantly filled with the seemingly important events and tasks that must be done, there is little or no time left to stop and review where we are and where we want to be.”
Dr, Alsterberg liberally references from the bedrock of new thought and wisdom---Edgar Cayce, St. Germain, A Course in Miracles and A Conversation with God---to name a few. He has done his homework, but added a very personal touch of understanding for the reader to readily digest, thereby uncovering our divine nature. Healing And Transformation tells us, “To return to You, the ego has to be relinquished...Letting go and letting God is relinquishing the ego...and return to love.”
Healing And Transformation is a book of healing that guides
the reader to oneness with the Creator to find balance, harmony and peace. Dr.
Alsterberg writes, “As wounds are healed, and as negative and fear based
emotions and beliefs are released, we become more joyful and more at peace.”
In this reviewer’s opinion, if you have time to read only one book, Healing
And Transformation must be that book!
